Where is my data?
Everything you enter (medication, dose, injection site, weight, side effects, protein, water, exercise) is stored only on your phone. The app has no server, no account is created and no data is sent over the internet.
Who can see it?
Only you. You decide who to share the files you create with 'Doctor report' and 'Back up'; sharing happens through your phone's own share menu.
Health data
Under Turkey's personal data protection law (KVKK, Law No. 6698), dose and side effect records are special-category personal data. Because your data never leaves your device, the app does not process, store or transfer it.
Apple Health
Only if you turn it on in Settings, the app reads weigh-ins and steps from Health and saves the weigh-ins you enter and your daily protein total to Health. This data also stays on your phone and goes nowhere else. You can turn off access at any time in Health › Sharing › Apps or inside the app.
Notifications
Dose reminders are set up with your phone's local notification system; no server is needed. Notification text never names your medication or dose; it only says 'Dose day'.
Purchases
The Plus subscription is processed by Apple through the App Store. The app never sees payment or card details; it only learns from Apple whether your subscription is active. You can manage or cancel it in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Ads and tracking
No ads, no analytics, no cookies, no third-party SDKs.
Deletion
Settings → 'Delete all data' erases everything immediately. Deleting the app also erases all data; without a backup it cannot be recovered.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date is updated and the change is announced in the app. Questions: bilgi@bidiyet.co
Disclaimer
- GLP-1 Protein Tracker is a health tracking journal; it is not a medical device, diagnostic tool or treatment tool.
- Only your doctor decides which medication you take, at what dose and for how long. The app logs your doses and reminds you of the plan your doctor prescribed; it never suggests increasing, lowering or stopping a dose.
- The medication level chart is an estimate based on published population averages, not a measurement. It is not used for dosing decisions.
- Nutrition and exercise guidance is general information; with kidney disease, diabetes medication or insulin use, pregnancy, breastfeeding, a history of eating disorders and similar conditions, your doctor and dietitian decide what is right for you.
- For severe or persistent abdominal pain, vomiting that won't stop, signs of dehydration or signs of low blood sugar, contact your doctor rather than relying on the app; in an emergency, call your local emergency number (112 in Turkey and Europe, 911 in the US).
